Today was our first Complex. Good job to everyone who fought tough on each and every round. We will be seeing this again!


5- 3 minute rounds, 1 minute rest

1 Power Clean

2 Front Squats

1 Jerk


I left the weights up to the athlete. Most males used 75, and females used 55. These weights will definitely increase on our next go around!
