50 Jumping Jacks

40 Mountain Climbers

30 lateral hops (side jumps over small object if possible, if not, find a crack and jump that as fast as possible)

20 Flutter kicks( up and down)

10 Push Ups

10 Minute As Many Rounds As Possible

If you still feel like you have more in the tank, go for 15/20 minutes. This is mainly going to help get the lactic acid out of your legs from doing a Modified "Karen" yesterday. If there are any other body weight movements you would like to sub in instead of what is written, feel free. I do not suggest sit ups or squats since we did them yesterday!
