If you are keeping up with these posts, you will notice a long gap between our last workout to our current day. There is a reason behind that madness, just as there is with all of our WODS. We are coming up to our test week and finishing up our current training cycle. We have done a TON of strength work over the weeks which might not look like anything on paper, but makes complete sense when you walk into the gym and start lifting. We are keeping the end of our cycle a secret from the public. Our members know exactly what we are doing, and  have everything written down. If you would like information on what we did to close out this program you are more than welcome to email us. We do not mind sharing our wods/ Strength program as it is all custom, but we will not be giving away our " Bread and Butter".

Once our new training cycle starts up we will pick right back with posting and sharing the fun. Until then, Enjoy a picture of Daphne doing an advanced Couch Stretch :)
